The match kicks off at 6pm BST on Tuesday 6 October at Turner’s Cross in Cork.
The FA’s official broadcast announcement confirms live coverage through the England app.
The stream is available to viewers in the UK, including Northern Ireland. The FA’s listing does not provide access through the app for viewers in the Republic of Ireland.
Will Ethan Nwaneri play for England?
Nwaneri’s involvement will depend on Carsley’s selection, with no starting place confirmed.
He played 71 minutes against Slovakia, according to Dortmund’s official international roundup.
That appearance came during a season in which Arsenal have sent him to Germany for regular senior football. Our earlier analysis examined how Nwaneri’s first Dortmund opportunities supported the thinking behind his loan.
He has also gained Champions League experience during Dortmund’s victory over Villarreal.
Tuesday offers supporters another opportunity to follow his progress if selected, before his attention returns to club football.
