Elneny most recently played for Al-Jazira following his departure from north London in 2024.
Mohamed Elneny transfer confirmed by Levadiakos
Levadiakos confirmed Elneny’s signing in an official announcement, highlighting his experience with Arsenal, Basel and Egypt.
The club did not disclose the length of his contract in that statement.
Their announcement credited him with 28 appearances during his most recent season at Al-Jazira, including two goals and an assist.
The move adds Greece to a career that has already taken him through Egypt, Switzerland, England, Turkey and the UAE.
Another chapter after Arsenal
Elneny won the FA Cup and two Community Shields during his Arsenal spell. He also spent a season on loan at Besiktas before returning to the Gunners.
His experience gives Levadiakos a midfielder familiar with European competition and international tournament football.
Elsewhere among Arsenal’s former players, David Seaman has backed Aaron Ramsdale to find a January move.
Elneny’s next destination is already settled, with the Egyptian now beginning his latest European challenge.
