Hoffenheim manager Julian Nagelsmann has warned Reiss Nelson not to get ahead of himself after making a fine start to his loan spell at the club.
As reported on Football London, the 18-year-old has already found the back of the net four times for the club in the Bundesliga and has made two appearances in the UEFA Champions League.

Nelson had a promising pre-season with Arsenal and it came as a surprise to many Arsenal fans when he was sent on loan. But the decision seems to be paying off for the England under-21 international.
When speaking about Nelson, Nagelsmann said:
Reiss has huge potential to develop. He’s excellent one-on-one with a great drive towards the opposition goal. That’s why we loaned him.
We must be mindful. Nelson’s scored four goals, two very important ones against Nuremberg, but he’s also had bad games. He needs to grow healthily. It’s not about being a one-hit wonder, but about delivering good performances over a long period of time. Being the best over 15 years.
He’s also had negative outliers with us. It’s about delivering the positive outliers consistently. Be careful when evaluating him. Let him grow in peace and don’t get into his head. It’s not easy to keep your feet on the ground at 18.
Nelson has also been in fine form for the England under-21 side, scoring twice in his first two appearances for them.
