Premier League club Arsenal are keeping a close eye on the situation of Atletico Madrid midfielder Thomas Partey, according to a report on the Daily Cannon.
The defensive midfielder is also being closely monitored by French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain.
The 25-year-old is currently on a deal with the Spanish club that expires in 2023 but has fallen out of favour this season.
Partey was a regular starter for Atletico last season and featured over 50 times under Diego Simeone, but this season he has found it hard to get as much playing time as he desires.
With Aaron Ramsey set to leave the Gunners at the end of the season, manager Unai Emery is already identifying potential replacements for the Welshman, with Partey understood to be one that Emery is scouting.
The Ghana international is well known for his energy, efficiency and eye for goal from midfield. He has managed to find the net once in the Spanish La Liga this season and has also provided one assist.
