As reported by James Olley of the Evening Standard earlier today, Arsenal are heavily interested in Leicester City midfielder, N’Golo Kante.
Kante has been one of the best players, for not only Leicester, but in the League as a whole, and rightly gained a spot in the ‘PFA Team of the Year’. Due to his excellent performances, the diminutive midfielder was handed his first French international appearance against Holland in March.

With Leicester now crowned champions, it seems their next test is to keep a hold of their best players. With a reported £19.8 million release clause in his contract, several clubs, including Arsenal, have become increasingly interested.
Twitter account, ‘Get French Football’, has reported tonight, that Arsenal have met with Kante’s representatives, and intend to trigger the release clause in his contract.
