Wednesday’s match completes Arsenal’s scheduled pre-season programme before the league campaign begins away at Brighton on Sunday, 6 September.

Slegers named four summer signings in her starting XI against Paris FC, with Misa Rodríguez, Georgia Stanway, Lisa Baum and Selina Cerci all starting.

Smith eventually decided the contest with a superb stoppage-time finish, as covered in ReadArsenal’s match report from Meadow Park.
