Arsenal lose Catley as Slegers makes double change for Paris FC clash

Arsenal Women have made two changes for their Champions League match against Paris FC, with Lotte Wubben-Moy replacing Steph Catley and Misa returning in goal.

Anneke Borbe drops to the bench following Sunday’s defeat at Chelsea, while Olivia Smith remains among the substitutes.

Arseblog’s team-news report identifies Catley’s absence as injury-related but does not specify the problem or a recovery timetable.

Arsenal Women confirmed XI against Paris FC

Starting XI: Misa; Emily Fox, Leah Williamson, Lotte Wubben-Moy, Ona Batlle; Georgia Stanway, Kyra Cooney-Cross, Kim Little; Lisa Baum, Mariona Caldentey, Alessia Russo.

Substitutes: Caitlin Foord, Olivia Smith, L. Maanum, Geraldine Reuteler, Taylor Hinds, Stina Blackstenius, Anneke Borbe, Selina Cerci, Smilla Holmberg.

Slegers keeps faith with attacking selection

Both changes come behind the midfield, leaving Arsenal’s starting attacking personnel unchanged from the Chelsea match.

Smith, Foord and Blackstenius offer options from the bench if Slegers needs to alter the forward line.

Arsenal enter the game with three points from their opening league-phase fixture against HB Køge.

Kick-off at Stade Jean-Bouin is 5:45pm BST. Our Paris FC vs Arsenal viewing guide explains how to watch live in the UK.
