An 8-nil preseason victory against Viking FK – last year’s 5th-place team in the Norwegian Tippeligean – is something that’s hard to point to as a positive sign for Arsenal’s season. But when it’s an 8-0 win where several squad members made a positive impact with the beginning of the Premier League fixture list just eight days away, there’s a lot one can glean.
Joel Campbell and Alex Iwobi scored braces, Theo Walcott, Chuba Akpom and Santi Cazorla all scored and Arsenal earned a Viking FK own goal. Lots of choices for man of the match.
But who is yours?
