Arsenal are now seen as an option for Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette this summer, according to a report from the Daily Mail.
Lacazette has revealed his wishes to leave the French club this summer and has said that Champions League football ‘isn’t a deal-breaker’. The 26-year-old striker looked set to join Spanish giants Atletico Madrid until it was announced recently that their ongoing transfer ban was not going to be lifted.

Lacazette was outstanding over the course of the 2016/17 campaign, notching up an impressive 37 goals in 45 appearances across all competitions – a stat that would undoubtedly be welcome at Arsenal. With Arsene Wenger set to carry out an overhaul at The Emirates this summer, the Frenchman would surely be a huge signing for the club.
The Gunners have been touted with Lacazette’s services for a long while now but could this finally be the transfer window in which he makes the switch?
