Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey says that the club’s recent victory over Manchester United has given the players the belief that they can win the Premier League title this season.
Having helped guide Wales to the Euro 2016 finals in France next summer, the midfielder is hoping to make this a season to remember by winning the title with the Gunners.
As reported by The Guardian, Ramsey said that he hopes his side continues where they left off prior to the international break.
We owed [Man United] from a few years ago and the way we started the game was fantastic, and hopefully we can continue that now and carry on to beat the bigger teams and carry on our form against the other teams.
The Welshmen also spoke of his relief after he scored his 10th goal for his country in the 2-0 win over minnows Andorra. It was his first goal for either club or country since netting in a Premier League victory over Hull City in May, and Ramsey hopes that the striker will kickstart his goalscoring form.
I have been wanting to reach that mark for a few games and to finally achieve that, to get into double figures, is a great personal achievement but hopefully there are more to come. I’ve been wanting it now for a few games for Arsenal as well.
I have struggled a bit at the beginning of the season with goals, it has been pretty frustrating on that front, but hopefully now that will settle me down and I can carry on throughout the season.

Arsenal face Watford at the weekend, before playing Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League. That game is massive for the Gunners after they lost their first two group games to Dinamo Zagreb and Olympiacos respectfully, and Ramsey says Arsenal must go at the German champions.
It is a must-win game. We have to take the game to them and hopefully achieve that.
