Birmingham City manager Pep Clotet has welcomed interest from both Arsenal and Chelsea in his young midfielder Jude Bellingham.
Despite being just 16 years of age, Bellingham has established himself as a first-team regular with the Championship side this season.
As he closes in on 20 league appearances, the youngster’s form is not going unnoticed, with both London clubs keen to snap him up.
Speaking to the Birmingham Mail, Clotet didn’t seem too worried by the prospect of losing his star man.
You know what I would like, I would like every club in the world to come for Jude Bellingham, I would love to be in that position and love him to be in that position. And I know that he understands how good it is for him and for his development to keep playing at Birmingham and if he does leave do it on his terms in his moment.

Clotet’s stance on the midfielder’s future will have done nothing to deter Arsenal from a future move for the player.
If nothing else, he has invited on yet more interest in his young star, as he continues to catch the eye in the Championship.
With Bellingham only 16 years old, Birmingham and whoever does come in for him will surely be keen to manage him carefully over the coming years.
To see him nail down a regular starting position in a squad at this age tells you everything about how highly he is rated.

The Championship side will struggle to keep hold of him for much longer if he continues to impress at this staggering rate.
