Plenty of Arsenal fans have hit out at the club’s head of football Raul Sanllehi after learning his opinion on under-fire boss Unai Emery.
Emery came in for more criticism over the weekend after his side failed to defeat Southampton at the Emirates.
The Gunners needed Alexandre Lacazette to strike deep into injury time to salvage a 2-2 draw, with many expecting Emery to receive the sack following another slip-up.
However, according to the Mirror, one man that is backing Emery is Sanllehi.
The 53-year-old is reportedly urging his colleagues to give Emery more time, and when @MrArsenicTM shared the news on social media, many Arsenal fans were fuming with the Gunners chief.

It wasn’t long ago fans were praising Sanllehi for his role in the club’s transfer business.
However, plenty of those summer signings have failed to make an instant impact, and he’s now starting to come into the firing line for his views on Emery.
Another slip up this weekend at Carrow Road against Norwich City will surely end Emery’s Emirates tenure, however, it appears as if Sanllehi will be doing all he can to keep his fellow countryman in north London.
