After a busy international break for Arsenal, the players returned for a full weekend of league fixtures.
We’re entering a crucial time in the season, where clubs look to push for the play-offs and also fight to stay up.
Arguably the best player from out batch of loanees, has been Jon Toral. The Spaniard has been very impressive for Birmingham, and will have been an integral part if they do reach the playoffs.
Arsenal have had 11 players on loan this year. With the influx of new money and increased competition for players, clubs like the Gunners, will be increasingly looking for talent within the club.
Although Toral has probably been the best of the lot, Gedion Zelalem has also impressed during his spell at Rangers, while Wojciech Szczesny, has been solid at Roma, and will return to Arsenal to decide his future in the summer.
With all this said, let’s take a look at how our loanees got on in their matches between March 30th-April 3rd.
