Arsenal midfielder Mathieu Flamini has claimed that the experience both he and his teammates have in the UEFA Champions League will help them as they prepare to face Olympiacos on Wednesday evening.
The Gunners go into the game in Greece in a precarious position, knowing that anything but a 2-0 win or a winning margin of one-goal if they score at least three will not be enough, having lost by three goals to two against Olympiacos at the Emirates Stadium.
However, the north London side go into the game knowing that whether they win or lose, their European journey will not come to an end, with Europa League football at least guaranteed.
Flamini, though, who is expected to play a key role in Wednesday’s fixture, speaking to the media prior to their game against the Greek league leaders, admitted that he wants Arsenal to continue their ‘European adventure’.

Of course this is an important competition for me personally and for the club.
We have a good test to prove we have the quality to go through and continue our adventure. Everyone is focused and I will try to help my partners.
We are experienced for the big games and I believe we can progress.
